Your roof is the part of the house you never think about. Until it makes you. We build and repair roofs in Atlas & CertainTeed shingles, tear off clean, and check the wood underneath instead of covering it up. Old roof? You’ll get a straight answer, not a scare tactic, and a 5-year warranty on the work we do.
Storm & Insurance Restoration
When the sky throws hail and 60-mph wind at your house, you want a crew that documents it right, not one that vanishes after the check clears. We inspect, photograph, measure, and scope the damage as your contractor, with documentation built to hold up under review. Your claim stays yours; we handle the inspection and paperwork so you don’t have to.
Siding
Good siding is quiet. It just keeps Minnesota outside where it belongs. When it cracks, warps, or starts letting water sneak behind it, the damage you can’t see is the pricey kind. We install vinyl, steel, fiber cement, James Hardie, and LP SmartSide, and we’ll tell you honestly which one is worth your money and which one isn’t.
Gutters
Nobody thinks about gutters until water is sheeting down the foundation or freezing into a dam at the eaves. Ours are seamless aluminum, cut to fit right on your driveway, sized up for the roofs and snowmelt we actually get up here, and pitched so the water ends up anywhere but against your house.
Windows
Every drafty window in a Minnesota January is a little hole you’re heating the backyard through. We fit energy-efficient replacements (Low-E glass, double or triple pane) to each opening, kill the drafts and the foggy glass, and tell you honestly whether it’s one tired window or time to think bigger.
Specialty & Custom Homes
Lake homes, cabins, log and timber-frame builds, century-old farmhouses: the roofs with steep pitches, awkward access, and details a template can’t handle. That’s the fun part for us. When a different roofing system that sheds snow and water is the right call, we’ll build it to outlast the mortgage.

We install Atlas & CertainTeed architectural shingles and LP SmartSide siding, and back the labor with a 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s material coverage. Good product means nothing if the install is sloppy — so we don’t cut the corners you can’t see.
We document the damage
After a storm we inspect, photograph, and measure the damage as your contractor, and we’ll meet your adjuster on site to walk the roof with them. Your claim stays yours — we document it thoroughly and build the repair; we don’t act as your adjuster.
